MESSAGE FROM OUR PRINCIPAL
Once again, I'd like to thank everyone for a great May Fair event last week! What a beautiful day for a time honored event! Please check out our Facebook page for pictures. If you have not "liked" our page, I encourage you to do so. We try to provide a great deal of information and school highlights that will provide you with a window into our school day.
From all of us here at CFE, we hope you had a very happy and relaxing Memorial Day weekend!
MESSAGE FROM THE PTO
We would like to thank all of the parents and students who worked very hard to make the May Fair a huge success! A special thank you to our Maypole Chairs – Tara Hurlebaus, Martina Jones, and Kelly Megill as well as all the parent volunteers who helped make the dance a success. The girls looked beautiful!

ROBOTICS COMPETITION INFORMATION FOR THE 2015-16 SCHOOL YEAR
We know many parents and students who wanted to learn more about FIRST Robotics Competitions were not able to attend our informational night because it was the same night at CFE's open house. There was no perfect night to hold the session because of the myriad of activities going on in May. If you are interested in learning more about how your Kindergarten through 5th grader can participate in FIRST Robotics Competitions during the 2015-16 school year, please review the pdf presentation from that evening (attachment to enews). Please also click on and review the hyperlinks in the presentation, which contain additional information. The most important information is that we need parent volunteers as coaches/mentors in order for teams to form. No prior technical knowledge is needed -- just a desire to help our kids in this wonderful endeavor!
See the attached for more information.
