MESSAGE FROM OUR PRINCIPAL

Greetings Chargers!

This year at CFE, we are working to motivate and challenge our students to spend more time using the online resource, First in Math.  First in Math is a tremendous tool for reinforcing the four basic operations through motivational game play and incentives.  Ideally, our students will grow in their speed and application of the operations, thereby supporting the critical thinking and problem solving instruction in the classroom.  Please ask your child about First in Math and take an active role in reviewing their progress.  We will be highlighting our Player of the Day and Team of the Week on CFE-TV and through a variety of other recognitions.  Believe it or not, many of our students find the online tool to be fun and motivational!

We are gearing up for our big Halloween Parade this Friday!  Please be sure to review our flyer and label your child's costume to be sure all parts are returned home.  We hope that everyone has a safe and happy Halloween...we can all be thankful that its on a Saturday night this year!
